The main theme of Misha and Nastasya Mishinskiy Collaboration is the organization of exhibitions of installations on the theme “in the city”. The artists boldly experiment with space, going beyond the usual limits of the gallery, and find an “exhibition” site for the project where it best reveals the concept of the idea.
Mikhail and Anastasia are in constant dialog with the city, using “unsuitable” spaces for the exhibition of their paintings and objects. As a result, the exhibition becomes an installation in which the “atmosphere” of an old mansion or an abandoned depot, intertwined with the painting, becomes a single art object. At the exhibitions of Mikhail and Anastasia Mishinsky's collaboration, the viewer's involvement in the fictional world of the artists begins from the entrance to the improvised “gallery”.

"EMBARGO. Food Painting"
The exhibition-installation "Embargo" is the artists' reflection on the place of art in contemporary events. To express their thoughts, Misha and Nastasya experiment with the genre of still life, which is quite classic for painting, but the viewer will see a completely new vision of "still life", the way the authors of the exhibition feel it.
The peculiarity of the artists' collaboration is the organization of exhibitions-installations, which are outside the usual understanding of the gallery. The artists boldly experiment with space, and find a site where it best reveals the concept of the idea. After the successful project "Bella ciao" in 2014, the project "Embargo" continues the Mishinskys' experiments in the direction of organizing exhibitions - installations.
This time, in a closed restaurant due to the difficult economic situation in the country, the artists are organizing an installation on the theme of food. The exhibition will feature paintings and objects.
As a result of the artists' experiments, the exhibition turns into an installation, the painting becomes an object, and the final "message" acquires a completely different meaning, understandable only to those who visited the exhibition.

In 2009 they graduated from art high school in Saint Petersburg.
Members of St. Petersburg Creative Union of Artists (IFA).
Currently they develop joint project «MISHA & NASTASJA MISHINSKY collaborative artists».
Since 2011 they have been carrying out successfully another project – art school called “Izo proekt PARTA”
In 2020 we opened an online school of creativity “ARTCLASS”
